Green View Health is a UK-registered company. Our mission is to provide clinical psychology and therapy services, we also develop digital healthcare products that help people learn practical psychology to feel better about life, relationships, and work. We take your privacy seriously and only collect information we need to provide our services. This privacy statement applies to Green View Health Ltd. and our online psychology partner business Self-help Psychology Ltd.

  • Engage with Dr. Lulu Preston for 1-to-1 therapy

  • Video Meeting Apps (e.g Zoom, MS Teams) Contact details necessary to connect for online sessions

10. Child Access and Parental Responsibility

Green View Health Ltd. and Self-Help Psychology Ltd. provide services designed for adults and young people aged 16 and over. If a parent, guardian, or other adult engages Green View Health therapy services or purchases a Self-help Psychology subscription for someone under 16, they must:

  • Supervise the child’s use of the service.

  • Give informed consent for any personal data the child provides.

  • Accept full responsibility for how the service is used by their child.

We do not knowingly collect or process data from children under 16 without parental consent. If we learn that a child has registered without this consent, we will delete their account and/or associated data.

We use encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your data.
While no online system is totally risk-free, we work to maintain high security standards and respond promptly to any issue.
